If there's any space, I would like to run with y'all. I won't be on tonight until after the game, but tomorrow night for sure.

What position can I practice at where I can do the least amount of damage while I learn to play the game?

To be honest our biggest need is defenders. Everyone always wants to play up top so if you can really build up a good defender it would be an asset to the club.

    4-2-3-1
This is a great formation, pretty similar to the 4-3-3 and can almost be a 4-3-3 at times. The difference is, I'd like PIG to really own that area in the box and allow myself and Wick to cross the ball to him in the box, as well as give Knight some space to move the ball around. Abolish and Kasper have important roles as they need to help to keep possession by making smart passes and making sure one of you stays back if the other wants to creep forward. If we keep our spacing and make creative runs, this should be a really deadly formation.

MoonBBad I think I Peench would be better offensively, and I was kinda liking CB when I had to play it last time-- if it is alright with him I wouldn't mind switching- I kind of want to focus on defense more then offense due to my poor passing (I think I could help a lot more this way).

Couple of tips on the formation:

    http://worldsoccer.about.com/od/skillsandtactics/a/4-2-3-1.htm

    (abolish and kasper)

Make sure you both set up your guys as defensive midfielders with some size. One needs to be a ball winner, and the other should be a box to box. The box to box guy will push forward a bit more and the ball winner will stay home more and win those battles in the air.

    (Myself and Wick)

We should be smaller wingers 5'7" - 5'9" with speed and actually set up as wingers so we have better crossing attributes

    (Pig)

You should be a prototypical target striker who's big and a beast in the air

    (Knight)

You should set up as a CAM playmaker so you have a good blend of passing & scoring attributes.

I realize it's a game, but setting your guys up properly really does help. Also, make sure you take your passing and shooting off of manual and put it on semi or auto, that really helps too.

Now let's go win a fucking cup!

Fine with me. You guys wanted a chart so I picked what I thought would fit best. Feel free to move around.
