CPU Rush defense + 5? Not cool man. Spread offenses need a chance to run too.

In some random telephone booth, Bly is struggling with the realities of changing outfits in tight places. But he will be on the scene soon enough.

USER vs USER after game analysis.

    1. Definitely more overthrown balls by mediocre QBs (Wis and Rut)
    2. More Holding Calls (I have 2 Freshman starting at G)
    3. Kicking is even tougher (Rut missed 2 under 40 yd FGs)
    4. Still have lots of time to throw if you don't blitz.
    5. Run game was very fair IMO....very tough to get tackles for loss on a HB but it happened.
    6. shitty players still wont catch interceptions...but Rut had 2 with his #1 CB
    7. Slants are still the most used routes due to habit but outs, comebacks and post outs are there if you look and have time
    8. Play Action still sucks my ass. Seems like it is either instant sack or it works....no middle ground.

The kicking ability wasn't messed with, only kickOFF strength. We just have shitty kickers this year. i won't be able to make one from more than about 35-40 yards, I was smart and recruited a 73-leg kicker. Even though that's not great he's better than half the league has now, heheheheh.

Rutgers have a 67 overall freshman kicker with 72 power and 62 accuracy.

    Shitty kickers are shitty.

We really struggled early to tackle or even be in good position to tackle or make plays in the front seven.

Coverage by the first four cbs on the field was much improved.

We are starting 1 freshman DE, a RS soph DT and DE.

A true freshman OLB and both starters at S are true freshman and our nickle and dime backs are both true freshman.

I like the realism that I saw in that game, based on our youth we should struggle with things. One positive I did notice however is how much more athletic my team seemed in week 1.

On O we had four holding calls against us, three freshman and two soph starters on the oline.

Overall the Oline wasnt very good on the ground until we started to wear the D down some and then they opened some very large holes for Franklin and James.

Pass blocking was just ok all game long, when that CPU dline gets the jump snap look out qb your going to get crushed.

Overall a very fair game, the CPU still gets stupid at times and goes away from whats working but this game was fun to play.
