VA Tech 2014 CPU Game Summaries Week 1 The New Hokies take down the Aggies VA Tech 38 Texas A&M 7 The VTech Hokies have new personal everywhere. We are both excited and worried about the upcoming season. First CPU opponent would be Texas A&M. The Hokies defense just suffocated the Aggie offense. Multiple picks and a few sacks the Vtech Def looks ok to compete this year. On offense VTECH has a different approach this season as the cant spread the field with Logan gone. We have more of a pound it out attitude. With a solid offensive line and top prospect HB Bruce Burton this seems to be our best game plan. Although we picked a playbook that would allow us to spread the field if need be. QB Howard is a runner and a passer, look for him to be the leader but not to produce Heisman type stats. He completed 7/12 passes for under 200 yds and 2 tds. Burton had 125 yds and 1 td on the ground. He also caught 2 for tds. He did fumbled on our 20 yd line that led to Texas's only score. Might I add it was pouring all game. Senior captain SS Walter Britt intercepted an option attempt which was sweet. We need him to make plays every game. Sliders don't feel too much different.
