    Vikings @ Lions wk 2

The lions finally pulled out a win. Most of this game was a defensive battle, the Lions coming up with 3 INTs and 1 Fumble. Two of those turnovers were returned for TDs. Stafford struggled for the second straight week, but came up big late with a 67 yard TD pass to Calvin Johnson. The running game for each team was largely a non-factor, despite the statistics that were provided by a couple huge runs by each RB. The 4th quarter provided much of the excitement, as the Vikings tried to climb back in, and got within a possession before Kevin Smith broke loose for a 60 yard TD. Stafford left the game with an injury during the final possession, but should be ready for week three.

So far this season the Lions defense has come up with timely turnovers, despite the yardage they have been given up, the turnovers have been enough to make things interesting.

    Lions win this one 58-48.

Thanks man. It's tough with how bad their o-line and d-lines are, as well as the corners.
