Robert Turbin RB for Utah State #6.

I just watched a video and it says his home town is simi valley, ca. It's Fremont, CA.

I also just read that he is out for the year most likely, and that he will apply for another year of eligibility...damn.

Hey man - I'm working on some adjustments with the Fresno State roster right now. I'll post my updates when I finish.

EA really screwed up this year - there's a lot of mistakes.

Thanks for all you're doing with these rosters.

    Here's the offense:

    Quarterbacks:

QB 15 - Ryan Colburn should be LEFT handed - weak arm strength, but very accurate

QB 4 - Ebahn Feathers transferred around May to a JUCO.

QB 10 - I guess this is supposed to be Derek Carr. He's actually #4 and he's one of the better young quarterbacks on the west coast. Suprisingly mobile as well.

QB 11 - Marcus McDade - strong armed developmental freshman - I believe Rivals had him ranked as having the 5th strongest arm in the country.

Instead of completely erasing Feathers, I believe he should just be edited into JUCO signee Kelly O'Brien. O'Brien is a 6'6 200 pro-style quarterback.

    Running Backs:

RB 8 - Robbie Rouse (I have no problem with him being an impact player - the next Darren Sproles)

    RB 26 - Michael Harris (all-purpose back)

RB 22 - EJ Schexnayder - freshman powerback

    RB 23 - AJ Ellis (all-purpose back)

    Fullbacks:

FB 88 - David Gory (he should actually be a tight end - had offers from Southern Cal and UCLA until he blew out his knee as a senior in high school)

FB 44 - Switch to #41 Austin Raphael (converted linebacker - solid lead blocker)

    Tight End:

TE 49 - Vince Pascoe (switch him with Gory - Pascoe is actually the teams starting fullback/h-back)

TE 46 - Tapa Taumoepeau (another tight end/fullback hybrid - blocking specialist...solid special teams tackler)

TE 84 - Ryan Skidmore (besides Gory, the only true tight end on the roster - very good potential as a receiver)

    Wideouts:

WR 18 - Devon Wylie (first off, he's white and secondly, he's got ridiculous speed - the kid clocked a 4.27 40 this summer at a junior pro day)

WR 13 - Matt Lindsey (career backup, often injured)

WR 17 - Jamel Hamler (he'll probably be one of the best recievers in the conference)

WR 18 - AJ Johnson (converted run-first quarterback - very fast) ...should be a (RS) FR

WR 11 - Rashad Evans CHANGE # to 11 (RS) Soph (a potentially elite return man and solid slot receiver)

WR 5 - Victor Dean Jr. TRUE Freshman (one of the best receivers in California - he'll probably get immediate playing time)

WR 81 - JJ Stallworth (should be (RS) JR - younger brother of NFL screw up Donte Stallworth)

WR 2 - Davon Dunn TRUE Freshman (California Golden Bears de-commit - one of the top rated receivers on the west coast)

    Add another receiver if possible:

WR 3 - Josh Harper TRUE Freshman (another Golden Bear de-commit - he'll more than likely redshirt, but he's a damn good prospect)

    Offensive Tackles:

LT 70 - Bryce Harris (starter at left tackle)

LT 68 - Max Devlin (converted to offensive guard in the spring)

RT 60 - Kenny Wiggins (late round NFL prospect - solid run blocker)

RT 64 - Trevor Richter CHANGE #75 (high rated recruit - NFL potential)

Conversion - RE 89 Marcel Jensen was converted to LT in the spring (he'll more than likely be a very high NFL draft pick)

    Offensive Guard:

LG 79 - Devan Cunningham (starter at left guard...mauler)

LG 51 - Matt Hunt (should be a true SO - future at the position...UCLA de-commit)

RG 69 - Andrew Jackson (arguably the best guard in the entire country - the next Mike Iupati)

RG 62 - Leslie Cooper (versatile lineman - can play center, guard, and tackle)

RG 61 - Charley Robbins (career backup - gets an occasional start due to injury)

    Center:

C 74 - Joe Bernardi (very good center with NFL potential)

C 57 - Douglas Spacht (apparently quit the team) CONVERT into Richard Helepiko 6'2 290 true SO

He's black. My bad for not doing the defense yet - I got free tickets to a screening of Inception yesterday.

If you need to know any other shit like that, just let me know - I'm guessing you're past the defensive line, so I'll post the backers and the defensive backs ASAP.

San Jose State kicker Tyler Cope
has decided he's had enough of football.

The San Jose Mercury News reports that freshman kicker Harrison Waid has the inside track on the starting job.

Tanner Burns also has left the San Jose State football team.

Burns, a Valley Christian High product, started every game last season at safety as a sophomore and made 96 tackles. He will transfer to Kansas State and play for his father, Keith, a former Spartan defensive coordinator who is now the Wildcats' defensive backs coach.

I'm sure you're already done it, but Fresno St QB Ryan Colburn should be left handed. He's listed as a righty on the default rosters.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner...I listed the notable true freshman at the bottom.

Thanks for doing this - it's really going to make the game so much better. PM me if you have any questions.

    Defensive Ends:

LE 43 - SR Chris Carter 6'2 245 (lightskin black) - IMO, should be an impact player over Ryan Colburn. One of the better pass rushers in the WAC.

LE 95 - RS SO Matt Akers 6'2 245 (tan white) - decent rotational end...should become a starter when Carter graduates - better against the run than pass.

LE 90 - RS FR Nat Harrison 6'2 215 (darkskin black) - big time sleeper prospect - great speed off the edge...can also play linebacker

RE 93 - RS SR Chris Lewis 6'2 260 (lightskin black) - best defensive end recruit in California in 2006...transferred from Miami (FL)

RE 94 - RS JR Donnie Pritchett 6'5 290 (lightskin black) - 4 star JUCO defensive lineman...should have a big impact

RE 59 - RS FR Ibe Nduke 6'0 220 (darkskin black) - speed off the edge, can also play linebacker and fullback

    Defensive Tackles:

DT 50 - SR Cornell Banks 6'3 300 (darkskin black) - mediocre-at-best NT, gets the start because of seniority

DT 91 - SO Anthony Williams 6'2 300 (black) - rotational defensive tackle that should eventually take Banks' job...should develop into a very good run stopper

DT 65 - JR Chase McEntee 6'3 285 (white) - Big Tex is a high motor defensive lineman that is a well-rounded rotational player

DT 77 - JR Logan Harrell 6'2 275 (white) - versatile big man with good motor and quick first step

DT 98 - RS FR Andy Jennings 6'2 255 (hispanic) - UNDERRATED...absolute terror as an interior pass rusher...wouldn't be surprised to see him starting on day one at end or tackle in certain packages

DT 99 - SR Mark Roberts 6'3 290 (black) - never really developed into anything special...depth/bench player

DT 52 - SO Quintin Toailoa 6-4 300 (samoan) - transfer from Nebraska...should be a big upgrade on the defensive line.

    Linebackers:

LOLB 39 - JR Shawn Plummer 6'2 200 (white) - former walk-on...high motor player with good speed. IMO, he's a little overrated and won't be much of a factor in 2010. Still a solid backup though that can contribute

LOLB 53 - JR Kyle Knox 6'1 215 (darkskin black) - converted defensive end...excellent pass rusher in certain packages. Should be a full time starter this year.

MLB 54- SR Ben Jacobs 6'3 225 (white) - tackling machine...this defense will live and die with Jacobs

MLB 31 - SO Daniel Salinas 5'11 205 (white) - smart player that enrolled early, should get a lot of playing time in certain packages

MLB 32 - RS FR Jeremiah Toma 6'2 215 (samoan) - hardest hitter on the defense...should be a major factor in this defenses rebuilding process. Hell of a talent. Can play inside or outside - should be Jacobs' successor inside.

MLB 36 - RS FR Damion Whittington 6'2 235 (black) - hard hitting, aggressive player that will start down the road...promising player that can play inside or outside

ROLB 9 - SO Travis Brown 6'2 235 (white) - IMO, the future of Fresno State's defense...big time linebacker that had offers from a lot of schools but opted to play for the Bulldogs because his father, Dan Brown, was Fresno's defensive coordinator. Dan Brown lost his battle with brain cancer shortly after his son committed.

ROLB 30 - RS FR Pat Sua 6'2 215 (samoan) - versatile backup that should make a name for himself on special teams

    Cornerbacks:

CB 24 - SR Desia Dunn (black) 5'9 190 - former walk on...IMO, his nickname should be "Toast", because he consistently gets burned on Saturdays.

CB 37 - SO Jermaine Thomas 5'11 180 (black) - should be the next big time cornerback at Fresno...compared to former Bulldog and current Carolina Panther Richard Marshall.

CB 17 - RS FR LJ Jones 5'11 170 (black) - speedster that can return punts...should be an opening day starter

CB 10 - JR Isaiah Green 5'10 180 (darkskin black) - fastest player on the defense...in the running to start...battling LJ Jones

CB 20 - RS FR JB Dock 5'10 170 (black) - solid redshirt, has the ability to start down the road

    Safety:

Lorne Bell and Philip Thomas should swap positions...Bell is a strong safety and Thomas is the free safety.

    SS 20 - SR Lorne Bell 5'10 200 - big hitter...great in run support

    SS 33 - JR Zak Hill 6'2 200 - head coache's son...bench player

FS 16 - SO Phillip Thomas 6'1 205 - ball hawk...will contend for All-WAC honors at free safety

    Freshmen:

    S - Derron Smith 6'0 195 - three star recruit...should contribute right away

    S - Edward Dillhunt 5'10 200 - three star recruit...should contribute right away

ATH - Lester Fontenette 6'2 210 - three star recruit...converting from run-first QB to linebacker.

    OLB - John Oglesby 6'2 225 - sleeper recruit

DT - Tyeler Davison 6'1 281 - sleeper recruit...excellent first step - may be in the rotation at DT
