The Buffalo Bills began the season in the best way possible, with a big win over the Cleveland Browns and #1 overall draft pick Mario Moss. The defense was the key for Buffalo, forcing 7 turnovers including 6 interceptions of Colt McCoy on their way to a 35-7 victory.

The Browns started the game well, forcing #5 overall draft pick Tyler Dougherty to throw the first interception of his career and then driving down the field to score on a 3 yard Jerome Harrison run. Buffalo would answer immediately, CJ Spiller taking the kickoff back 95 yards for a TD of his own to tie the game at 7-7. The Bills would own the second quarter, scoring three TD's to none, first to Randy Moss on a 17 yard slant then to Shawn Nelson on a 76 yard bomb, Dougherty looking good in his first OMFL game. Finally, Spiller ran one in from 5 yards out to put Buffalo up 28-7 heading into halftime.

The win was sealed early in the final quarter when Spiller scored his third TD of the game on a 3 yard run with less than seven minutes left to play. From there, the defense shut down the Browns, forcing numerous interceptions and incompletions.

CB Leodis McKelvin was on fire all day, making 3 tackles as well as 3 interceptions while holding Percy Harvin to 4 catches for 60 yards with mostly single coverage. Mario Moss finished with 2 tackles as well as the first interception of his career, one of 2 thrown by Dougherty to match his 2 TD's.

GG Greg, was a lot closer than the final score, the picks just killed you.
