T-New Plays Big As DoomsDay Defense Shuts Out Skins

The Boys/Skins rivalry got even worse this weekend. Dallas faced the Washington Redskins at home this weekend and completely "owned" them. Right out of the gate Felix "The Cat" Jones ran back the opening kickoff to hit the Skins where it hurts.

The Dallas defense played lights out shutting down this Redskin football team. They produced 7 sacks and 7 ints, plus a two special teams touchdowns. A highlight of the day was on the first play on offense for the Skins. Brian Dawkins layed the wood to RB James Davis to open up his career in Dallas. Another guy who started off in Dallas with a bang was QB/Wildcat Tim Tribow. Tribow took over on 3rd and 5 and rushed out of a dogpile of tacklers for a 20yd gain. David Buehler was lights out hitting all 4 of his field goal attempts. Overall Dallas dominated a newstyle Redskins team who seemed to just be getting started. The question of the game was why did they pay big money to Brandon Jacobs and not let him hit the field? RB James Davis saw all the carries and didnt get but 35yds.

The Redskins must be thinking on this game after not even getting 100yds total offense. Terrence Newman completely shut Santana "The Cowboy Killer" Moss down and had a career day with 4ints(i believe is an NFL record). The moves the skins made this offseason just like every offseason may blow up in their face again.....

GG merks .....good luck the rest of the way
