    Week 1: Dolphins @ Falcons

The Falcons came out and instantly showed their balanced attack off. With timely passing and pure running they drove down the field and controlled the first quarter, the defense was on display holding the Dolphins to 8 yards in that quarter. A FG was all that the Falcons could manage though and we went into the 2nd quarter 3-0 in Favor of the Falcons.

Michael Turner continued to be a vocal point as he scored early in the second quarter and pushed the lead to 10-0. MIami found some offense and got a FG. Atlanta continued on it's warpath and scored another TD this one a 22 YD pass from Matt Ryan to Roddy White. Down 17-3 the Dolphins began to open up their pass game a bit more and Chad Pennington eventually found Anthony Fasano from 8 yards out for the score, going into the half it was 17-10.

Atlanta got the ball and held it mostly the whole third quarter leading to another TD from RYan to White this one from 6 yards out. In the 4th quarter, Miami began a drive of their own that ended with a 37 yard sprint from Ricky Williams. Atlanta answered back quickly with MIchael Turner punching it in from 10 yards out. The Dolphins becoming desperate found Ted Ginn while Pennington was throwing while being hit in a lucky as hell play. (Thank you 95 Short Throw Accuracy). The onside quick went the Dolphins way bet they were unable to find their way in to the endzone one last time. Michael Turner and Jerious Norwood were able to runout the clock and seal the 31-24 victory for the Falcons.

    Players of the game:
Atlanta: Michael Turner- 33 Car. 164 Yds 2 TDs 1 Rec 14 YDs
Miami: Chad Pennington- 16-24 222 yards 2 TDs
