Kansas was a big favorite in their week 1 game vs. Duke after winning the Orange Bowl last season. Heisman candidate QB Mike Cummings played well but the player of the game was senior HB Anthony Pierson, who is playing his first season as the full-time starter. Pierson ran for 252 yards on 22 carries and 3 scores. Duke wasn't able to do much offensively, as the QB completed 10 of 29 passes. GG EASportsKiller

    Auburn - 48

The Tigers got off to a strong start in week one, taking the Badgers to the woodshed in a game that was only close for a quarter. The Tiger defense held the Badgers to under 200 yards of total offense, as well as grabbing two pick sixes. Offensively the team was led by the senior duo of Mike Blakely and Kiehl Frazier, who looked to continue off of their play last season.

    K. Frazier - 9/12, 215 yds, 2 TD/1 INT

    M. Blakely - 18 att, 83 yds, TD
    K. Frazier - 9 att, 44 yds

    A. Smith - 3 rec, 47 yds
    M. Blakely - 2 rec, 58 yds, TD
    Q. Bray - 2 rec, 51 yds
    A. Wayne - 1 rec, 54 yds, TD

Missouri starts off the season with an impressive win over TCU 38-16. Defense is what won Missouri this game as they forced 6 interceptions 3 of them going back for pick sides. The offense wasn't clicking for Missouri at all. Hopefully Missouri will find a way to get their offense clicking later in the season.

    FSU runs by Maryland 35-18
Redshirt Freshmen running backs Wesley White and Chad Hand combined for 175 yards and 4 touchdowns to lead the Seminoles past Maryland in the 2015 season opener. The Florida State defense was solid for the most part but a few examples of sloppy tackling lead to Terrapin scores. Next week Florida State travels to Missouri to take on the Tigers.

    Cal 23
    Miami 41

Miami gets the win against a highly ranked Cal squad at home despite being outplayed. The hero of the game was CB Dallas Crawford who would finish the day with 2 Interceptions both returned for TDs that really proved to be the difference in the game and kept momentum in Miami's corner. The New QB Ryan Williams made his first start and performed quite well going 20-29 for 239 yards and 2 TDs. Hopefully he can keep the ship moving this season as they prepare for their match up against Nebraska who embarrassed them last year.
