    Patriots 38 vs Titans 13

Coming into the game as favorites, the Patriots didn't disapoint in this week 1 matchup. The game was controlled by the highly powered offense of the Patriots, which was led by Tom Brady and his favorite targets Rob Gronkowski and Wes Welker. With the addition of tight end Kellwn Winslow Jr. this offseason, it will be tough for any team to matchup with this offense.

Brady ended the day with 4 TD passing John Elway on the "All Time TD" list. It is clear that the Patriots will rely heavily on it's potent passing game this year. Coach Zalizniak was quoted saying "We are very happy for Tom and the records he has set, and will set. He is a special and future Hall of Fame player. I hope he can do this every week."

The Titans led by second year QB Jake Locker just could not get into rhythm Sunday in either the passing or running games. Chris Johnson ended up with 35 yards on 18 carries, and he is the heart and soul of the offense. If he can't get chunks of yards on first and second downs to keep the from the 3rd and long situations...it's going to be a long year.

Jake Locker looked good until the fourth quarter when he threw 2 interceptions on consecutive drives to seal the victory for New England. Locker had time in the pocket, but was facing tough 3rd down conversions on almost every posession, but did throw 1 Touchdown to Kendall Wright, who ended the game with 83 yards receiving.
