In a defensive battle the player of the week will go to Osi Umenyiora who had 3 tackles and 3 sacks. Leading the Giant defense to a great defensive perfomance and totally shutting down Carolina giving up ony 6 points. Congrats Osi you are the Player of the Wee

If you can pick up this award for just 3 sacks, dam well I can do that lol...J/k Congrats Osi. Hopefully Mr Crome can win next weeks with his 2 INT's to stop the offense in the redzone and of course 5 tackles..

It's going to be hard to beat Willis who's first pick 6 (he had 2) was in the redzone as well and switched momentum.

Looks like there's plenty of competion this week....I guess I'll throw a name out there then:

Johnathan Joseph - CB - Cincinnati Bengals - 4 Tackles - 3 Int's - a 70+ yard pick 6, and another in the endzone as time expired securing a 5 point Bengal win!

See the problem with picking the defense was the summaries were very vague and didn't help out to much. So i had to guess the impact they had. So i figured he also rushed some throws and the game was a close defensive battle. This is why the summaries are a big help. I have said stats are just that stats not the reason i pick someone. The story tells me everything i want to know
