Check out @Donny_Moore's Tweet:
I just downloaded new rosters today when i signed on im assuming they are current considering michael sam is on the boys.
I believe the rosters you download and the rosters for cfm are different but maybe that has changed?
In the past CFM and offline rosters were different and released separately.
Perhaps create an online CFM to test and see what the roster looks like to determine if the roster you downloaded applies also to CFM.
Can't We use any rosters for the cfm?
yes, i started a cfm and used the rosters that just came out and they
I did and the rosters are correct. When making the cfm you have to say that you are using custom rosters or else they use the default rosters instead of the updated ones.
There is also a tuning update. Wonder what that will break, I mean fix.

There are going to be quite a few teams that are going to have trouble signing their plays and free agents due to funds restrictions. There is a discussion in the wishlist thread and also a thread on OS.
Has to do with the lack of revenue being captured and difficulty profiting during the season for not so high market teams.
Many teams will have a ton of cap space that they can not use on good players, only players with small or no bonuses who are really role players.
Not sure how much the funds are for life long fan, but everybody should use financial mogul, i think that has the highest starting amount at $7 million. I recommend not doing upgrades and build up enough funds during the 1st season to be safe as save as much as possible.
It is actually beneficial financially to not make the playoffs for some teams because you are paying full salary that you paid during the regular season for every playoff game you play i believe. If you play on the road int he playoffs, it isn't going to be pretty. If my assumption is correct, the salary for players is based on their contract (of course right?) over a 17 week season. So if a playoff team is paying full salary for playoffs, then your salary expense for players is actually exceeding the salary for the year.
I could be wrong when offseason time comes, but i believe we are going to see many teams with funds issues.
