01:53 TD Western Kentucky William Simmons HB #25 4 yard rush

06:48 TD Western Kentucky Bobby Rainey HB #3 98 yard kick return TD
    Forth Quarter
04:14 TD Kentucky LaRod King WR #16 7 yard pass from Morgan Newton QB #12

Game ball goes to my entire defense. They really stepped up this game and played great as one unit. That being said, Bobby Rainey is one bad motha

    Rushing ATT Yards TD Long

    Bobby Rainey 18 160 1 55

    Receiving Catches Yards TD Long

    Bobby Rainey 2 48 1 31

Kick Return Returns Avg Long TDs
    Bobby Rainey 2 63 98 1

He would've had more but I pulled him out for the 4th quarter.

I hope I've turned a corner in this game. A few weeks ago, I couldn't beat Temple. Tonight, I went 3-0 including a big win against CenTechsan's Vandals and a blowout @ Kentucky.

I came out and established a 10-0 first quarter lead and just played a great defensive game where I would bend a little but never broke. It seemed like he would consistently get to midfield but his drive would stall and he'd have to punt. He missed a 40something yard FG right before the half so I held on to the 10-0 lead. I received and immediately drove the ball to his red zone. I proceeded to throw an out route instead of running it and my QB got killed and floated the ball which he picked and ran back for an 86 yard score(I still think my WR got clipped on the play). From there I tacked on a passing TD with 1:26 in the 3rd and a rushing TD with 5:05 in the 4th. Player of the game was Aaron Winchester with 16 Carries for 169 Yds and 2 TD.

After a terrible start to the season with a gauntlet of a non-conference schedule, the Golden Flashes look to finally be hitting their stride. Kent State wins their third game in a row as they take Army behind the woodshed (as I promised CUFreeze I would). Army tacked on a touchdown late, but Kent St dominated the game as running back Eugene Jarvis racked up three touchdowns.

However, it was the defensive effort that propelled Kent St to victory. Junior DE Lee Stalker picked up two sacks and sophomore CB Josh Pleasant added a 79 yard pick-six to help put the Black Knights away. After the game we caught up with Pleasant to get his take on the game. "Fuck bitches, get money," Pleasant said.
