"Enigma" by definition is something wrapped in a mystery that changes from day to day. These Denver Broncos fit that exact description.

Going 0-3 to start the season & now improving to 5-4 after their latest victory over the one-loss & defending PMFL champions, the Broncos are more of an enigma than ever.

The NY Jets recieve the opening kickoff & quickly march down the field on the hard running of HB Knowshon Moreno whom eventually capped off the drive with a 2-yd TD run.
The Broncos would not be outshined as they too engineered a impressive drive, lead by the downhill running of HB Shonne Greene. FB Clay Smithey would cap off the long drive with his own 2-yd TD run.

Moreno & Greene would continue to dominate this 1st quarter as they would knock-down long run after long run. Moreno would find paydirt on a 47-yd scamper and Greene would race 76-yds for the score in this opening quarter.

After a Broncos turnover by QB Jamarcus Austin, Jets QB Mark Sanchez would find the aforementioned Moreno for a 38-yd TD pass.

    1st Qtr.
    Broncos-14
    Jets-21

Moreno would continue his stellar day and chalk up the first points of the 2nd qtr. on a 1-yd TD run, his 4th TD of the day. The Broncos would close out the 1st half scoring with 2 Matt Prater FGs.

    HALF
    Broncos-20
    Jets-28

Both defenses came out in the second half with a renewed sense of urgency and began to limit what these offenses had done in the first half. The Jets K Nick Folk capped off a time consuming drive with a 53-yd FG to extend the Jets lead to two scores. After the Jets forced a Broncos punt, the play that turned the tide of the game took place. Backed up inside his own 20-yd line, the Jets Mark Sanchez was hit just as he attempted a throw to his HB in the flats and that hit caused the ball to flutter enough for Broncos SS Josh Barrett to step in-front and pick it off and return it 8-yds for the TD. The ensuing 2-pt conversion failed.

    3rd qtr.
    Broncos-26
    Jets-31

The 4th quarter was all Broncos as they played solid defense and forced a Jets punt with around 4 minutes left in the game. Broncos QB Jamarcus Austin would lead his offense down the field, eating much valuable game clock. HB Shonne Greene would cap off his remarkable day with a 2-yd TD run with only :03 remaining on the game clock. The following squib kick would run off the last seconds and the Denver Broncos would win a huge game.

    FINAL
    Broncos-33
    Jets-31

Broncos Shonne Greene would end the day with 184-yds on 21 att and 2 TDs. His counterpart, Jets Knowshon Moreno would finish his stellar day with 155-yds on 17 att and 3 TDs.

Great Game man. It was one for the record books.
