    ACC

    tenne.png Tennessee (2-5) VS nct.png #23North Carolina (6-1) FCCarsenal

North Carolina continues to mow through the competition. Tennessee hails from arguably the greatest conference in college football. Even as a bottom feeder team, they are a formable opponent. Alas, a conference makes not the team, so……The Tarheels will win this one easily. They have a potent offense this year, led by Junior QB Bryn Renner and Sophomore WR TJ Thorp who has already put up 1000+ yards and 9 receiving TD’s for the year. Senior MLB Kevin Reddick anchors that defense leading all with 23 tackles. Sophomore QB Justin Worley will have his hands full trying to get the ball to the Volunteers primary target Da’Rick Rogers, who leads the team in receptions, and is also a dual treat as a return man. CT’s Pick – North Carolina 24 - 7

boston.png Boston College (5-3) GDip VS wake.png Wake Forest (4-3)

This ACC match up features GDip and the Eagles against those Demon Deacons. You can almost take this to BB&T Field or should I say the bank, that the Wake Forest will hold serve in their home field. Boston College is coming of an impressive win against a lackluster shell shocked Terp squad. The Junior QB from Cali Chase Rettig is having a solid season, but he will be facing a hungry CB duo in Merrill Noel and AJ Marshall who have combined for 5 INT’s this season so far. Look for Wake Forest to pull out a late game upset over the surging Boston College Eagles. CT’s Pick – Wake Forest 28-27

    gt.png Georgia Tech (4-3) VS Maryland (3-5) maryl.png CTfromDC

Terps return home after a pitiful effort last week in Chestnut Hill, MA. The Terps are on a 4 game skid, with no hope for getting back on track. They are 0-4 in conference play, and after this week, 0-5 looks to be on deck. The offense is in shambles, but more importantly, the Defense couldn’t stop a bullet if it were wrapped in Teflon. I don’t know what needs to change, but I do know that change is gonna come. Rumor has it that Edsall has seen enough of CJ Brown and will turn over the reins to Schultz. CT’s Pick – Georgia Tech 38 – 10

    virgin.png Virginia (6-2) sreese VS team63.png NC State (5-2)

    ACC Game of the Week!

Cavaliers visit the Wolfpack this week. Both teams are having great seasons and are in contention for a conference championship. The Cavs are 4-0 in conference play, looking up at the Tarheels who sit just above them at #1 in the ACC Coastal. Virginia has had two weeks to prepare for their match-up this week, and look for them to be fully prepared for the task at hand. The Cavs Defense are full of ball hawks, none more so than the Sophomore CB Demetrious Nicholson who has 5 picks on the year to lead that secondary. If NC State will have a chance, they will have to have another flawless effort from their Senior All=American QB Mike Glennon who has only thrown for 2400 yards and 20 TD’s, and just 4 picks. A true betting man would put his money on the Wolfpack, but CT only shoots dice, 7-11, 7-11, 7 even back do lil joe…CT’s Pick Virginia -- 20 – 13

    Big East

    uconn.png Connecticut (2-5) VS usf.png USF (4-3) @bigjoe99

    UPSET ALERT!!!UPSET ALERT!!!

Bigjoe99 and USF will host the Huskies in a Big East showdown. USF are looking to get a much needed conference win, but they will face a feisty UCONN Squad, led by Redshirt Sophomore HB Lyle McCombs who leads the Big East in rushing with 950 yards and 8 TD’s. Coach bigjoe99 will have to have that QB option running on all cylinders if they want to pull this one out. USF has won their last two games, but they are prime for a letdown if they underestimate the Huskies. CT’s Pick Connecticut 30 - 27

    notre.png #14 Notre Dame (6-1) VS pitt.png Pittsburgh (4-3) @BulgyTexas

The resurgent Fighting Irish visit the Panthers this week. Notre Dame is having their best season in a decade and are looking unstoppable. The Pittsburgh Panthers led by Coach BulgyTexas are looking to knock of the #14 Irish in hopes of gaining a little respect in the tough Big East Conference. The key to victory today is stopping the one sided offense of PITT. It has become apparent that they can not consistently run the ball, and they do not create turnovers on defense. Sophomore QB Everett Golston has been in BEASTMODE all season, and will have a big game against this PITT secondary. CT’s Pick Notre Dame 23 - 13

    temple.png #19 Temple (7-0) VS luis.png Louisville (2-5) Danthraxxx

Undefeated..Undisputed… Both titles that the Temple Owls to hold at the end of the season. Standing in their way, the lowly Louisville Cardinals. Temple is 7 – 0 but only ranked #19 in the BSC polls. Looking for the respect they deserve, they come to Louisville, seeking to wreak havoc on the Cardinals. There is no reason to believe that they won’t. They have a balanced attack on offense and a stingy defense. Danthraxxx and the Cardinals have had a tough season thus far, and it’s not getting any easier this week. CT’s Pick Temple 38 – 16

    B1G 10

    PENNSTATE.png Penn State (4-3) VS pur.png #20 Purdue (5-2) btbam91

Penn State is surprising everyone. With the rumors of transfers, a possible death penalty, loss of scholarships... What else can happen? Still, these kids have played their hearts out for their program, and this week will require nothing less than greatness. The Boilermakers are undefeated in the B1G 10 and are poised for a championship face off with Illinois if they can win out. They will have to stop All-American HB Junior Silas Redd who leads the B1G 10 in rushing attempts, rushing yards, and rushing TD’s. CT’s Pick – Purdue 20 - 19

    illinois.png #12 Illinois (6-1) @P Hund0 VS OHIOSTATE.png Ohio State (5-3)

B1G 10 Game of the Week

Ohio State Buckeyes host the Fighting Illini in this B1G 10 showdown. P Hund0 and Illinois have the best overall record and appear to be the class of the conference. This game will solidify their claim as the best in the 10. Nathan Sheelhasse has made headlines with his conference leading 2500 yards passing and 22 TD’s. Ohio State will need a miracle, a prayer, and some divine intervention to get a win at home against #12 Fighting Illini. CT’s Pick – Illinois 29 - 17

    IOWA.png Iowa (5-2) hugezombie VS indiana.png Indiana (2-5)

The Hawkeyes waltz into to town to face the Hoosiers of Indiana in this B1G 10 match-up. Indiana has the worst record in the conference at 2-5. Iowa should have minimal problems taking care of business here. Expect Senior TE Zach Derby to have his way against this weak Indiana defense, creating all kinds of match up problems. Derby leads the conference in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns, and he’s a TE!!! CT’s Pick -- Iowa 42 - 7

    NEBRAS.png Nebraska (4-3) VS mss.png #10 Michigan State (5-2) LB Fitted

Spartans welcomes the Cornhuskers to East Lansing looking to maintain their #1 standing in the B1G 10 Legends conference. LB Fitted will send his stifling defense led by Junior MLB Max Bullough to put in work against the Nebraska offense. The Spartans are top ten in BCS and Coaches polls. This should be no problem for LB and crew as long as they don’t make the mistake of looking past their opponent. CT’s Pick 33 - 21

I love reading these. But you're going 0 for 2 on Pitt picks after week 10. Lol that's alright though my squad needs some bulletin board fodder.
