Raiders came into this game looking for a little payback after a losing to the Chiefs 37-28 in week 2. The score looked close, but the Chiefs truly dismantled the Raiders in their earlier meeting.

Raiders won the toss and differed to the 2nd half. Chiefs would turn the ball over on their first possession in which the Raiders drew first blood with a 12 yd TD catch by TE J.Carlson. Chiefs would storm back with a beautiful 63 yd TD catch-and-run by B.Berrian. Raiders would miss a short FG, missing an opportunity to regain the lead. The Raiders D would hold though, forcing the Chiefs to punt. Raiders would get on the board again, with a RUNDMC 20 yd TD run to retake the lead. The Raiders rookie QB would find the end-zone on the Raiders next possession with a 1yd TD plunge. With time running out in the half, the Raiders forced the Chiefs to punt and thats when the Raiders PR J.Ford would blow open the game with an electrifying 84 yd punt return for a TD. The Chiefs wouldn't go quietly though as they got into FG range and nailed a 50 yarder as the half ended.

The Raiders would dominate and control the 2nd half, scoring two more TD's by TE Carlson and WR L.Murphy and Janokowski finished off the Chiefs with a 28 yard FG to give the Raiders a big win.
