SAINTS COME OFF BYE WEEK FRESH - ROUGH UP TITANS
New Orleans, LA - Savage Mason Reporting

I have to apologize for this being late and not very good this week. I am extremely busy with camp right now, for the next 2 weeks actually.

Week 10 was finally here and the Saints couldn't be happier. Bye weeks are a time for rest and to get re-focused, but it's also extremely boring. The Saints were also excited because week 10 brought in a new foe, long time owner of the Titans, Coach OX. This would be the first meeting between these two owners and teams in the OMFL.

This game would be the be restarted after almost 2 whole quarters due to EA sucking and taking their servers down in the middle of our game.

In the restart the Titans would start off hot. After causing a 3 and out they would begin a drive that would start off with a long run by Johnson and be capped off with a 14 yard pass to WR Purcell for the TD and early lead. 7-0 Titans. This would actually be the only time the Titans scored, which was pretty amazing when you consider their talent.

Saints would come back and have to settle for a fg try of 36 yards to bring the score to 7-3 Titans. This is where the Saints defense began to get their act together.

Titans would play a 4/6 defense almost the entire game. This was extremely difficult to move the ball on. The Saints duo of Keller and Jacobs had a tough time running against 8 in the box and English had a tough time hitting things deep or getting what they are good at - YAC.

Both teams went back and forth and the Saints were able to get the ball with less than a minute left before half time. English would call a WR screen to Henderson just to see if they could get a quick first and get out of bounds to stop the clock. English would hit Henderson and Henderson would break a few tackles and simply out run everyone on the field for a 58 yard TD pass. 10-7 Saints.

2nd Half the Saints defense would get a few picks in the redzone to really shut down the Titans attempt at a come back. Hartley would add a 25 yard FG and English would hit Ingram for a long 31 yard TD pass to bring the scoring to a close in the 3rd quarter with a 20-7 lead.

Keller would take a sweep half way through the 4th quarter and just out run everyone for a 70 yard TD run to finish off the Titans. 2 pt conversion was no good and the scoring would end with the Saints knelling the ball.

GG OX! It was fun and very very hard fought. This game was much closer than the score indicates. Thank you a ton for working with me to get this in! GL on your come back attempt.

    RB JOEY KELLER

13 rushes for 164 yards. Nuff said. Keller and Jacob had a hard time running today because of the 4/6 defense. Keller was able to get a few nice runs off there, including a 70 yard td run where he simply out ran the Titans and then 1 cut for the TD.

Massive thread title fail. You played the Titans, not the Texans. And it's week 10, not week 1.
