FAU 30 over New Mexico 6

Game started off very slow for both teams. There were no scores in the 1st quarter. The game changed when FAU scored on a 29 yard TD pass on a 4th and short. The following drive FAU forced a TO and got the ball back and kicked a FG. FAU managed to get another FG at the end of the first half and held a 13-0 lead. The 3rd quarter only score was another FAU FG. New Mexico got its only TD in the 4th but failed to get the 2 point conversion. FAU came right back and scored a long TD run. If that didn't put the game away then a pick 6 sealed the deal.

The game was dominated by the FAU defense who forced 5 TO's including the pick 6. On top of that they also had a goal stop.

    FAU is 7-4

Yea I jumped on last night and did my recruiting and it was Hammer/Crumb & Steamer/Me. Haven't heard much from Steamer43 but I get off work at 5 PM CST and would prefer sooner rather than later tonight.

Thanks guys, I never thought I would make it to 40 but here I am...

Yeah, I threw in my spiel as self-proclaimed lovable loser. I truly do enjoy the challenge(I don't shortly after each game). :)

After talking with Hammer this morning, if needed our game can be simmed.

I'd like to get a chance to avenge my loss to steamer last year as I'm sure he wants to avenge the brutal slaughter he's receiving from me on the phone.

Probably the most complete game of the year for me as my defense was dominant holding Steamer to 156 yards of total offense and really only giving up 1 big play. He wasn't able to run the ball at all and I got to his QB 10 times which has to be some sort of school record. My offense line was dominate against Steamers front 4 opening up huge holes and allowing Bradford to run 23 times for 151 yards and I also got my first PR TD of the season.
