UCLA is moving, too, but in the wrong direction. Need to get up into the top 10 to keep a couple of promises!

UCLA overcomes the turnover bug and stagnant offense to finally put down Stanford, 48-20. Things didn't start off well for the Bruin offense, with QB Adam Brown throwing 3 picks during the game. A muffed punt return also didn't help things. Eventually, everyone settled down and played decently enough to gather the win against a Stanford team that, talent-wise, was simply overmatched. TE Blake Romero had 8 catches for 160 yards and 3 TD's. The Cardinal defense just refused to cover him on a couple of fly patterns. No true defensive standouts this game.

Robinson's 4 TD performance leads Purdue to victory over Michigan State

That's right, 4 TD's! The true Junior is really starting to turn into a beast, and take control of this team. He rushed for 154 yards on 16 carries in the 38-17 win over Michigan State.

From his Freshman debut against Notre Dame where he passed, rushed, and caught a TD to his Sophomore year when he took over the starting position due to an injured Al Terek McBurse to now where he is the focal point of our offense ...Robinson has really played great and may be leaving early for the NFL.

He is not nearly as well known as some of the other great HBs (Horner), but he can surely play with them. In a spread offense he has accumulated 35 rushing TDs. 10 from his Freshman year, 10 from his Sophomore year, and 15 this season.

    Arizona 24 v. Washington 16

This was a pretty good game for the most part. I jumped out to a 21-10 lead and had the ball inside the Washington redzone mid 3rd quarter and was poised to go up 28-10 and put a hammer lock on this game when I think I accidntly hit the LT button and coughed the ball up. From there the 2nd half was more of an excercise on holding on for the win. I shot myself in the foot at the end of the first half too after marching the ball about 40 yards with less than a minute left I called my last time out way too early (about 14 seconds left) then tried to run another play when I was already in long FG range and took a sack letting the clock run out.

All in all I almost blew this one, but we held on for the W. Dakota played a good game, I just think his team was a little overmatched. Especially with his 3rd team RB getting alot of the 2nd half carries due to injuries.

But this does set up a HUGE game in Berkley two weeks from now between Riptides and I for the Pac 10 crown! Since I have 1 conference loss and Riptides is undefeated. A win for me would give us both 1 loss and give me the tie breaker.

A win for Riptides would not only clinch the conference title, but would give him the inside track to the big game!

    Can't wait.

    York....flip this motha f'er!

good game troy. Too bad my oline can't pass block, we might've gotten a photo finish. I look forward to another chance next year. Good luck.

And what I mean by that is my oline couldn't contain your overwhelming 3 man rush at the end of the game. Even when I was keeping my HB in as an extra blocker. Sucks........lol
