After dropping a game due to scheduling difficulties the Bears were eager to get back on the playing field, and they showed that enthusiasm with a 42-20 win on the road over a speedy Raiders team. The Raiders showed that speed from the get-go, with Jason Campbell connecting on a 84 yard streak to Darrius Heyward-Bey for a TD on the first play of the game. From there on out though, the Bears defense stifled the opposition, holding them to just 170 total yards the rest of the game.

The Bears answered the Raiders opening drive on three straight runs by the workhorse Matt Forte, finishing it with a 2 yd TD run. Forte showed his fresh legs after missing last game with a minor injury. The Bears would go up 14-7 after rookie QB Nate Enderle hooked up with TE Kellen Davis for a 15 yard TD. Enderle was making his first career NFL start, as Jay Cutler sat out this week with a minor injury, like Forte did the week before.

The Raiders started the 2nd quarter off hot though, after holding the Bears to a 3 and out, Hester fumbled a punt and the Raiders recovered in the red zone. Luckily, they were held to just a FG though. With 2:13 left in the half, they scored again though, with RB Darren McFadden taking it in from 49 yards out to take a 17-14 lead. The Bears would answer right before half time though, with Enderle connecting on a slant to WR Earl Bennett in the hurry up with 11 seconds left to take a 21-17 lead and the momentum going into the half.

The Raiders would strike first in the 2nd half with a 41 yd FG to cut it to 21-20 but that would be as close as they get, as the Bears would score 3 TD's, 2 on passes from Enderle to Kellen Davis and Johnny Knox, and then a 43 yard TD run by Forte to give you your final 42-20. GG MikeDredd.
