Week 12: Bears 55 Eagles 31 The Chicago Bears put in their best performance since the mid-season ownership change, coming up with a crucial home victory over the Eagles and their explosive passing offense. First, Matt Forte found room on a screen and raced 26 yards for the first TD of the game. After forcing and recovering a fumble on defense, Cutler connected with Devin Hester for another score from 20 yards. Danieal Manning would then pick 6 Kevin Kolb from 37 yards for yet another TD and when Zackary Bowman got an interception of his own to set up a field goal, Chicago lead 24-0 after 6:58 of play. The Eagles got on the board with a 66 yard TD pass to DeSean Jackson to end the quarter. More of the same in the second, Cutler throwing his 3rd and 4th TD passes to Desmond Clark and Hester, Philly again scoring at the end of the half on a 20 yard catch by Marques Colston. 38-14 at halftime. Both teams would score 17 points in the second half, Chicago running the ball on almost every play and Philly doing the opposite. Both teams kicked a field goal to make the final score of 55-31 in the Bears favour.
