Week 12: Jets (10) Vs. Bills (23)

Buffalo, NY (AP) - The Buffalo Bills (4-6) played host to the hapless Jets (0-10) and their Mark Sanchez brigade. In a game that would be decided by ball control, the Bills were able to score 13 points off of turnovers (Jets -3 / Bills +3) which proved to be the difference in week 12. GG, Dave, and enjoy playing out the rest of your season.

    HIGHLIGHTS:

With 3:22 remaining in the first, on third-and-one the Jets would attempt to punch the ball in, but the Bills were successful with their goal line stand and forced the Jets to settle for a FG (3-0 Jets, 2:53 first quarter)

The Bills would answer as newly acquired running back M.Mack spouted off a 49 yard TD scamper on the ensuing drive (7-3 Bills, :43 first quarter).

Mark Sanchez would respond driving his offense down the field. He would cap the successful drive off with a clearout to D.Keller for a 9 yard TD reception (10-7 Jets, 5:37 second quarter).

After quickly going three-and-out, the Bills would wind up punting the ball back to the Jets. However, Sanchez would make a grave mistake throwing in the direction of Bills cornerback L.McKelvin (14-10 Jets, 3:00 second quarter).

Just outside of J.Feely's range, the Jets would decide to go for it on 4th down from the 31 with :55 remaining in the half.

It would prove costly as the Bills defense came away with another stop which led to three more Bills points and put the Bills in the lead, 17-10 at halftime. The Jets received to start the second half, but were unsuccessful on their opening drive. B.Marshall would come up with a crazy circus catch for 41 yards putting the Bills in FG range once more putting the Bills up by 10.

J.Byrd would force a timely fumble in the fourth quarter returning posession of the rock to the home team at mid-field (5:42 fourth quarter).

On a key third-and-two play following the fumble recovery, the Bills would catch the Jets off guard and fullback G.Jones would find himself wide open. He was able to put the Bills into FG range once again with his 21 yard reception.

Needless to say it would lead to another Bills FG putting the Bills ahead 23-10 with 3:40 remaining. Forced to pass, Sanchez would find a rythm getting his Jets into Bills territory. But with 2:06 remaining, Bills linebacker K.Ellison would play spoiler to any comeback as he smashed the Jets' hopes with this INT at the goal-line.

The Bills would pick up another first down before kneeling out the remainder of the clock. Again, GG, Dave.

thx. yeah, it all takes time, but i figure a picture says 1000 words. gives so much more content to the writeup and helps the rest of the league to see what you're all about w/out giving away your gameplan... ;) that, and i have all my videos saved if i ever want to create a highlight reel. i'm not feeling that ambitious yet... LOL.

Awesome videos and recap, but I call bullshit on video #6. Revis would never drop an INT, especially one that easy. :HoosierHoo:

We already saw the preview in 2008, and it didn't look too good in you favor, mind you in a sloppy raining mess...

Revis has faced better, Marshall won't be any different, PhinFan.

I really miss the Bills uni's. I loved to rock the Throwbacks and the regular uni's with the white helmet. It really looked clean.

So far, you're a big acquisition of OMFL Chunk. Keep it up!

We're able to save 10 highlights total from each game. Upload your first five to your EA account, then download them to wherever you want them saved. Then you can upload them to YouTube or some other media sharing site allowing you the capability to repeat with your other five highlights. You'll have to delete the first five from your EA account before continuing with the next five. Therefore, we have the capability of uploading all 10 highlights if we use YouTube or some other media sharing site. I hope that makes sense. Feel free to hit me up anytime if you have questions regarding.
