Frisco puts in a solid effort against Seattle, with great games from players on both sides of the ball.

The Niners started off with the ball and ended up with a FG on the first drive. With the next possession, rookie QB Austin promptly threw a pick to LB Willis, which Frisco turned into 6 points on a RB Gore 2yd run. After a stop and SF drive, QB Smith hit WR Ginn with a 14yd pass for another score. The 2nd quarter saw two TDs by RB Gore and rookie WR Greydon, while fellow rookie DE Douglas reeked havoc in the Hawks' backfield, accumulating 3 sacks. 34-3 at the half.

The second half story continued to be the Niners' defense, as DE's Douglas and Smith were constantly harassing Seattle's rookies. Only scoring done was a 26yd run by RB Gore, and a kick-off return by WR Moss. Final score 41-11, gg.
