Man how the hell I'm a #3 with 2 losses?! Oh well, I'm bound to be #5 in Oshio's useless polls. ;)

Welp Washington States loses 76-28 to USC.

I went down and scored on my first drive and did a pretty good job taking care of the ball. Both my QBs combined for over 500 yards, Tuel was over 300 in the first half and then I think he got injured (great..). If I wasn't getting sacked I was over throwing wide open receivers, and if I wasn't overthrowing receivers they were dropping the pass. USC's running back rushed for 362 yards on 20 carries and had 7 TDs, not to mention another TD receiving.

...and I don't even care. On to next season yeah?

UCLA beats Oregon 35-14 to improve to 9-1. Well the Bruins have been doing work in the Pac-12 this season so far and their defense is the reason for it. They have been able to get interceptions force fumbles, pretty much everything. The Bruins are known for passing the ball but that got shut down the majority of the game so the Bruins were forced to run. Crenshaw rushed for 179 yards on 23 attempts and scored 3 TD's. The Bruins take on the #3 Washington Huskies next week which should be a huge huge game.

    OSU sneaks past ASU 14-6.

This game was all about defense. ASU played very tough against the pass and run. Jackson was only limited to 122 yards rushing but had two key TD runs.

ASU had their chances but came up just short. The score was 14-6 and ASU was driving the down the field. OSU knew it could not give up a TD. with 14 seconds left ASU threw a pick and OSU ran out the clock.

This was by far one of the toughest games that I have played. ASU has some great speed especially at their WR position and RB position.

    CALIFORNIA: 31
    COLORADO: 20
    FINAL

Both Cal and Colorado were coming off losses, but the winner of the meeting would clinch a winning season with win #7. Colorado came out firing on all cylinders. They marched right down the field capping off a drive with a pretty TD pass in the back of the endzone to WR Brandon Stevenson. Despite the momentum shift Cal was able to drive down the field, with backup RB Justin Goode breaking free up the middle for a 19 yard touchdown.

The scoring began in the second quarter with a CU field goal to push their lead to 10-7 after the Golden Bear defense forced 4th down on the 2 yard line. Cal matched the points with a K Lee Tremblay field goal. The Buffaloes marched down the field again but were held to a field goal just before half to earn a 13-10 lead at the half.

The Golden Bears started the half with a very impressive drive, capped off by a rare touchdown through the air. TE Adam Rivers hauled in a 17 yard TD by beating the man coverage over the middle. Down 13-17 Colorado wasn't phased. CU reached the redzone again but this time punched it in for six as well behind the legs of RB Malcolm Creer. Colorado held a 20-17 lead going into the 4th quarter.

The tide really turned in the 4th quarter as Cal's offense began to sizzle and the defense stiffened. Goode found the endzone for the second time on a 4 yard burst off the tackle. Cal led 24-20. CU was forced to rely on the air attack with little time left, and MLB Steven Fanua picked off his 7th pass of the season to really put the pressure on the Buffaloes. Justin Goode made two defenders miss on the edge and sealed the win with his 3rd TD of the day on a 28 yard scamper. Cal improved to 7-4 with their 31-20 victory over Colorado.

A tight game that went back and fourth was really enjoyable. CU's offense has great balance and will only get better with the talent Coach Phil is recruiting. I believe we travel to CU next season, we will have our hands full.

GG Philstyle3005 , as you said it was very entertaining with the numerous lead changes.

Only Oshiomogho v BakerWildcat7 left. We're advancing tonight @1159 PM EST.
