    49-6!

Wake Forest is licking their wounds after a 49-6 Clemson whipping.

DEATH VALLEY- The Clemson Tigers wrapped up their ACC schedule with an impressive win against the Demon Deacons of Wake Forrest. Although the final score may not indicate it, Wake Forrest did have pretty good success against the Clemson defense, but turnovers in the red-zone and some missed field goals allowed the Tigers to pull away mid-way through the third quarter. The defense forced 5 turnovers on the day; by far the most productive game this season. Clemson QB, Tahj Boyd had himself another good game as he accounted for over 300yds of offense and 4 td's (3 passing, 1 rushing). Despite the absence of ALL AMERICAN WR Sammy Watkins for the last 4 games, Clemson's WR core has been very productive. Humphries and Hopkins combined for 122yds and 2 td's on the day. The win gives Clemson a 9-2(8-1) record with one game remaining against in-state rival, The South Carolina Gamecocks!!!
