    Turnovers Ruin Saturday in Norman
In what should have been a run away win for the Sooners, Oklahoma showed up weak against the Red Raiders, and it resulted in a 61-59 loss on a last second FG. The Red Raiders dominated the first half due to a porous Oklahoma defense that couldn't stop the pass, and a fumble recovery that went for a TD. The second half started with a pick six on the first drive for Texas Tech, but Oklahoma stayed focused and eventually began to pressure the quarterback. Once this occurred, Oklahoma mounted a comeback and actually took a 59-58 lead with :52 left on the clock in the fourth quarter. Worried about how porous the defense had been, Oklahoma tried to run down some clock on the goal line, but for the first time all game the run blocking stood up and left too much time to play. On the last drive, Oklahoma got the Red Raiders down to 3rd and long, only to give up a ludicrous bomb to an uncovered player sitting in between the zone. Not much blame can be put on the offense, except for the turnovers that proved costly. Needless to say, the new Oklahoma regime will not take this game lightly, and will remember this game for years to come.

    Vols Win Third Straight
    Pull Away from Vandy 35 - 21
Tennessee continued their strong play down the stretch while notching only their 2nd SEC win of the season. Their defense forced 4 interceptions and scored 2 touchdowns, and QB Nathan Peterman threw for 229 yards and 3 TDs. Vanderbilt was able to move the ball fairly well, but fell victim to a very opportunistic defense on several occasions. The Vols ultimately sealed the victory with another interception returned for a touchdown by FS Marcus Williams.
Next week, Tennessee closes out 2015 on the road against the Wildcats of Kentucky (7 - 4).
