Detroit, MI -- The Bears (4-8) looked to turn things around against their rivals from Michigan, the Detroit Lions and climb out of the cellar of the NFC North. The game could have gone either teams way early with the game being very tight. The Lions early on controlled the game with a controlled rushing game and efficient passing from Matt Stafford jumping out to an early lead. However, on Stafford's next drive he was intercepted and the Bears ran it back for a touchdown.

The Bears Jay Cutler decided to return the favor and threw an interception which was ran back for a touchdown to put the Lions up 10-7 however he would settle down, as would the rest of the Bears and not give up another score the rest of the game. Stafford struggled from the late second quarter on, throwing two more interceptions and couldn't sustain drives.

The play of the game for the Bears came later in the game when DE Jared Allen forced a fumble on a sack and it was picked up and ran for a touchdown at a critical point which led to the Bears not looking back. Next week Chicago faces Dallas in another tough test. Good game Warhawk AKA dreadman
