    Week 13 Cowboys(27) Vs Bears(23)

    Cowboys Take Down Bears

After opening the game in sloppy fashion the Cowboys manage to beat the Chicago Bears 27-23 in the final moments of week 13. Tony Romo continued his interception happy ways throwing 3 interceptions in the first half. In the end it was a healthy running game and a stingy performance by the defense in the second half that allowed the Cowboys to prevail. After punting the ball on their first possession the Bears defense came up big with three interceptions in the first half setting up a 20-3 lead going into half. Dallas began to show some promise at the start of the third quarter scoring their first touchdown of the day. Coach Wajomatik at the post-game press conference, “We went into half time knowing the we were better than we preformed in the first half. We made some adjustments at halftime and the guys knew where they needed to make better plays. This team doesn’t quit that’s for sure.†Jay cutler threw an interception on the very next drive setting up a Dallas FG making it 20-10. Chicago would put together a nice drive on the next possession but would only come away with a FG. The rest of the game was all Dallas as they reeled off 14 unanswered points and Ken Hamlin closed out the game with an INT.
