coming into this the bucs had beaten us 3 out of 4 of our previous games so we had to have a game plan to neutralize the bucs run game and keep the pressure on josh freeman, the last time we played the bucs freeman completed 78% or so in our last game.the bucs came out with their usual opening drive and marched down the field but once inside the redzone the falcons showed their talons and held the bucs to a FG for a 3-0 lead but we would answer back with a TD of our own to make it 7-3.but the bucs clearly were not intimidated and scored 14 unanswered pts to go up 17-7,but the Falcons D came to the forefront for the rest of the period as we got a fumble recovery on 1 of our 4 sacks on the day and managed to come out and take the lead 35-17 but we knew the lead was not safe against this team so we came out and put up another TD early in the 3rd qtr to go up 42-17 but it just seemed to light fire under the bucs and they stormed back with 14 unanswered to make it 42-31 and we knew one mistake and things could change so matt ryan played it tight while still hitting some opportunities and finished the game with 335yds pass 5TD's and 0 ints and 60% comp ratio, player of the game julio jones had 5 rec for 189 and 3 td's and not to mention jonathan stewart contributed nicely getting 93yds on 17 carries to help our balance and rookie Kim also had 8 carries.we put up a late Fg just to ensure that something wacky didnt happen make this any closer than it was.great game Pheenom always a tough one ,good the rest of the season
