Packers defeat Lions 35-32, Move to 9-4 on the Season! This was a well played game by both teams. Both teams were able to capitalize off of mistakes by the other team. The first turnover came on the opening kick-off when Packers CB Sam Shields was hit and coughed up the ball deep on their side of the field. The Lions were able to strike and get the early 7-0 lead. Fortunately for the Pack this would be their only turnover of the game. The Lions on the other had 3 turnovers all of them being interceptions thrown by Matt Stafford. Packers CB Tramon Williams was able to land 2 INT's which has him with a league leading 9 INT's on the season. Packers S Jerrron McMillian also got a INT on a hailmary throw before halftime. As the game progressed both teams made key defensive stops with drive ending sacks from Packers OLB Nick Perry, NT Ryan Pickett and Lions player Ronnell Lewis. The Lions got the ball back with a chance to win at the end of the game, but their drive was cut short by Ryan Pickett sacking Matt Stafford. The Lions had 0 time outs left and couldn't stop the clock before getting off another snap. The Packers look to maintain their lead in the NFC North next week when they face their heated rival Chicago Bears.
