    Week 14 Giants (42) Dolphins (14)

Giants win in Miami on rainly sloppy field.

The NY Giants took the field in Miami in real sloppy conditions as the field was soaked in rain pouring all afternoon. This was the 1st game under new coach Pepper. The Giants would score on their first drive as on 3rd and 9 Eli Manning hit Domenik Hixon on a 69 yard TD pass to take the lead 7-0.

The Dolphins however would respond on a long 12 play drive as Chad Henne would run it in himself for 12 yards and a TD. The Giants would regain the lead 14-7 on a Jonathan Stewart 2 yard run and that is when the Dolphins seemed to self destruct. Kevin Dockery picked off a Henne pass as he was trying to setup a screen pass to Ronnie Brown and then on a Playaction pass to start the 2nd half Henne was hit and the ball was tipped where Corey Webster picked it off the deflection and ran it in for a TD and at that point a 28-7 Giants lead.

The Dolphins would try and fight there way back but the deficit was just too much as Henne would throw 2 more INT's and Jonathan Stewart would score his 2nd TD of the game mid 4th QTR to seal the victory as the Giants go on to win 42-14.

    Key Stats:

    Eli Manning 8/11 159 yards 1 TD 0 INT's
    Jonathan Stewart 21 car 94 yards 2 TD's
    Giants Defense: 4 INT's 2 TD's 4 sacks

GG Scikotic and thanks for subbing. I got all the breaks in this one
