This week we have two huge match-ups for divisional leads this late in the season. So both are games of the week for the initial installment of this series.

Both teams are averaging 21 points allowed thus far through the season. The Bucs took the first game of this series in week 1 10-7, so this is a huge game for the Panthers. Daddy league projects a Panther Blaza win 25-24, but my money is on Jmustang1968 and the Bucs to pull this game out.

The Lions will look to avenge a week 6 loss here as the Vikings won that one 37-24. If the Lions win this one it will almost certainly clinch the divisional title for them. Daddy Leagues projects a 23-21 win for the Lions over controllerabuser Vikings. I will go with DL in this one and put my faith in Shaun Mason and his Lions to win a close one.

I'll take the Panthers as the Bucs are not playing very well right now.

In the North battle, I like the Lions and since they got back Stafford, it makes a world of difference for their offense.

We put Stafford on the injured reserve.

Both games are big for the playoff push.

I see the Bucs beating the Panthers by two touchdowns, with Alva having one of them.

The Lions will hold off the Vikings in a back and forth game. That huge win vs TB will help propel the Lions the rest of the season.
