The Honeymoon period still has not ended in LA, the Raiders picked up their 4th straight win under new ownership and still look to have a glimmer of hope that they could end up in the playoffs.

Terrell Pryor, Darren McFadden, Mike Thomas and Jeron Johnson returned to action this week for the Raiders.

The Raiders came out of the gate quick and got up on the Chargers 17-0. Defensively the Raiders were able to keep Ryan Mathews in check all game besides one long run which account for the majority of his yards for the game.

Chargers QB Kyle Nichols was able to get hot in the second half throwing 2 Touchdown passes but the Raiders where able to maintain control of the clock in the final quarter with 2 key third down completions. One to Rod Streater over the middle, which was his only catch of the game as he dropped two passes earlier in the contest, and one to Jacoby Ford who took a bubble screen and made it just past the marker which sealed the game for the Raiders.

Chris Ivory carried half of the load on the ground for the Raiders carrying the rock 13 times for 59 yards. Marcel Reece and Darren McFadden both carried the ball 7 times for 33 and 38 yards. Ivory and Reece will shoulder the majority of the ground game for the Raiders as they try to limit the amount of times Darren McFadden's fragile body gets touched.

It was a good game that Raider defense came out with a huge chip on their shoulders! Couldn't get anything going good luck in the last few games and I look forward to matching up with you again in the next played season!
