Only three weeks left to duke it out for positioning in the playoffs. Let's get after it!

    Week 15 Notes:
    • I want to start doing the game recaps in this thread. Just post your recap here when you win a game. This should be easier for everyone to follow and easier for prospective members to find.
    • Also, if your opponent has not responded by late on Day 2 after advance, let me know and I can put them on auto pilot. If you wait until Day 3, though, you may have to sim it as I could be stuck at work all day.
    • Lastly, if you cannot play your game, put yourself on auto. Be respectful to your opponent and the league and take care of this yourself. I can't be available to do this every time someone cannot play play. Just an FYI.
    Let go get 'em!

Falcons barely sneak by the Saints 14-7.

No time for a full write up because I got called into the hospital, but the defense forced 3 fumbles (but recovered NONE), and had 5 sacks to lead the way.

matt Ryan with 2 TDs, 1 pick.

After being up 17 with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter the 49ers let the Steelers make an amazing comeback including 2 onside kicks recovered. Colin Kaepernick dropped back to pass and Michael Crabtree was wide open over the middle for a 38 yard TD pass to win the game.

The Cardinals have made it 7 straight behind the Ravens struggling O-line sacking Flacco 7 times in the win. The Cards were up at half time 14-3 and after a Ravens punt to start the 3rd Quarter Andre Roberts (who's returning for the injured Patrick Peterson) returns a 67 yard punt to the house to blow the game wide open. The rest of the game was all run game and clock management. The Cardinals play the Cowboys next in what should be a nice match-up.

Titans Continue to Roll, Jared Allen Shines in 17-7 Victory

The Titans won their 12th straight game behind the strength of their defense. Andrew Luck was under pressure all game, and that pressure resulted in 4 interceptions. Jared Allen single handedly dismantled the Colts offensive line recording a game high 3 sacks. With the league leader in sacks, Kamerion Wimbley, opposite of him Allen was able to work against smaller looks than he usually receives and he amazed. Veteran strong safety Jordan Babineaux picked off Luck twice as he continued his streak of strong defensive play.

The rushing attack continued to impress as Chris Johnson opened the scoring with a 76 yard TD run and finished the game with 173 yards on 21 attempts. But Jake Locker fell back into bad habits throwing for 2 INTs and just one TD, causing Coach Maniac to warm up Matt Hasselback, though Locker ended up finishing the game. Chris Ivory continued to impress in his complimentary role to Johnson as he had 47 yards on 9 carries. The Titans look to avenge their one loss this season next week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and continue to look for the first round bye and possible home-field advantage.

Coach Ransom wins his 1st game!! The Rams defeated the Browns 27-17 with a very balanced offense. Steven Jackson lead the way with 125 yards and a touchdown while Sam Bradford threw for 245 yards and 2 touchdowns. Devery Henderson caught 9 balls for 92 yards and a touchdown. The defense played good as well allowing only 157 yards of total offense. A good win for the Rams going into their Monday night game against the 6-time world champion Steelers. RAM TOUGH!!!

Lions claw their way back to capture the win vs Philly 20 to 17

The Detroit offense struggled to get going vs the stout Eagle defense ... Detroit managed to muster 2 FGs in the first half of action as they consistently struggled once they entered the red zone ... Philly took an early lead in the 2nd qtr when Mike Vick hit Jeremy Maclin on a 51 yd td pass to boost their lead to 10 to 6 at the half ... the Lions would finally pull ahead in the 3rd qtr behind a Mike Goodson 1 yd td run ... Matt Stafford then tried to give the game away by throwing am interception to Dominique Rodgers Cromartie who took it to the house for a Philly lead at 17 to 13 ... Stafford regained his composure and would hit Tony Scheffler on a 8 yd strike for a td that would eventually lead them to a 20 to 17 victory

    Stafford 26 of 33 for 243 yds 1 td 1 int
    Vick 6 of 9 for 106 yds 1 td

Leshoure 32 rushes on 95 yds
    L. McCoy 11 rushes for 27 yds

    Pettigrew 7 for 74 yds
    Welker 6 for 46 yds
    C. Johnson 3 for 63 yds
    Derise 3 for 40 yds
    Maclin 2 for 66 1 td

    Dolphins 16
    Giants 13

The Dolphins go into the Meadowlands and beat the NY Giants with a game winning field goal as time runs out. A tough home loss for the G-men. NY Qb E.Manning threw 3 ints in the game, giving the monentum to the Dolphins. Both defenses played well, limiting rushing yards and holding both teams under 200 yards passing. The Dolphin offense held the ball for 17:49 of the game.

The Giants drove the ball down the field late in the 4th quarter but stalled out in the redzone, kicking the tieing field goal with just over a minute left. Then it was the Ryan Tannehill show. He made some great throws with all kinds of pressure from the NY defense. He and the Dolphins drove the ball down the field, converting on a couple of 3rd downs to keep the drive alive. Using their timeouts to perfection they were able to stop the clock with 3 secs left for the field goal attempt. Lots of pressure on the kicker, but he hit the game winning kick as the time ran out for the Giants. A great road win for the Dolphins, who now have a record of 12-2 to clinch the AFC EAST Divison with just 2 games left in the season.

    R.Tannehill 20/29 68% for 218 yards and 1 td, 0 ints

    E.Manning 12/24 50% for 158 yards and 1 td, 3 int's

    S.Slaton 13 rushes for 52 yards

    D.Wilson 11 rushes for 47 yards

    D.Bess 8 recs. for 63 yards and 1 td
    L.Robinson 5 recs for 54 yards
    E.Dickson 3 recs for 38 yards

    T.Beckum 5 recs for 80 yards and 1 td
    H.Hicks 2 recs for 31 yards
    H.Hynoski 2 recs for 20 yards
