    49ers get another division win

    Top Performers

Passing: C. Kaep (SF) 183 YDS, 1 INT

SANTA CLARA, Calif.-- 49ers are in the driver seat for a playoff bye week with the NFC west in possession. After winning two weeks ago 14-0 we knew this game will be a fight, and sure it was 7-0. Nothing was really happening for either team as they punted back and forth series after series. Fighting to hang on for a top seed niners continue to fight 6 game win streak.

"It was a ugly game but i'll take the win" owner Lawon said with a smile on his face. We couldnt get anything going Seattle was definitely tough stuffing our run all game. 36 total rushing yards was a pain to a power run scheme team. Hawks also was in for a rude awakening 9 total rushing yards.

Niners first drive looked good Kaep started off 5/5 getting the offense all the way down to the 2 yards line. 3rd goal Hunter ran it in for the only touchdown of the game. Not a shocking move Geno started at QB so unusual guy back there worried the San Fran defense a little. His first completion came on a 3rd and long 20 yard completion to Harvey. After a few hard nose run stops and one dropped pass Seattle punts. That alone will explain how the rest of the game went 9 total punts. Niners continue on there winning ways going to 12-2 after one early and mid-season lost. GG Doug
