    Week 17 Niners 23 Cards 0

Story of the game here was obviously SF's defense, shutting down potential NFC MVP RB Bjorn Mason. Niners run defense has been stout all year, capping off the last game with a great performance.

Niners started off the scoring in the 1st quarter with a 25yd TD reception to WR Mike Thomas on a 3rd and long. They were able to put up 10 more in the 2nd quarter on a 10yd run by RB Glenn Coffee and a FG by K Joe Nedney. 17-0 Niners at the half.

Rest of the game was SF being able to get first downs on the ground, while also adding two more FGs. Ari was only able to put up about 80yds of total offense in this one, as Willis\Sneed were able to dominate along with SF's front 3 of Smith\Wilfork\Lopez. GG
