Lost to Fresno State 45-35. Fell in a hole early and didn't get to run my offense how I had hoped, but still fared well. Had 13 new starters who took a little while to adjust to D-1 football.

Drilled them. They had two TD's runs with 1:09 and :50 to make it remotely close. Running Water went 22/39 for 341 yards and 2 TD with 2 INT.

    Yale-31
    UConn-38

Admittedly, I came into this game taking Connecticut lightly and the CPU proceeded to bend me over the whole first half for it. I looked later and, sure enough, UConn's HB is a 97 ovr SR with 94 speed. Dude was making Donald Brown look like a scrub. Their QB was scrambling after about 2 seconds and my shiny, brand new D wasn't doing shit to stop it. Typical Heisman Shenanigans game. I was able to hit some big throws though and keep it close. Tied it up in the 4th and had a 4.5 minute drive to get into easy FG position to take the lead when my HB fumbled. Luckily, we got the fumble back and it was reviewed and determined not to be a fumble anyway. It was like the CPU wanted to check and see if I'd break my controller. I only yelled though, got the ball back and went ahead and punched it in with :05 to go up 7. UConn came out and ran a HB Draw. Game.

    • Poland went 17-26 for 285, 3 TDs and 2 INTs while adding another TD with his feet.
    • TE Mangum led in receiving for the 2nd straight week, 5 for 115. Freshman ATH/WR Brodie Bailey also had a big game with 5 for 72 and the tieing TD.
    • My Redzone % was 4-4-1 (125%) That's a first for me.
