EMU 35-Akron 28
Akron came out to play on this particular afternoon in the opener for both teams at Rynearson Stadium. The Eagles were up 28-14 in the fourth quarter but two Akron drives evened up the game with only 19 seconds left. The Eagles survive on this day thanks to blown coverage by an Akron CB as Vincent Roland caught a 73 yard pass to win the contest with 7 seconds left in the game. EMU played a sloppy game to open up and will need to perform much, much, much better in the coming weeks. EMU plays CMU at home next week.
Utah State blows out rival BYwho 44-7 to open the season.
UAB picks up where they left off in the Holiday Bowl, DISMANTLING in state rival #18 Auburn in stunning fashon. UAB- 84 AUB- 21. If QB Nelson Frazier hadn't locked up the starting job in the Holiday Bowl, he certainly did leading his Blazers to a BLOWOUT victory @ Auburn. A promising start to the season with a very tough schedule ahead. If UAB's defense can match up to their offensive counterpart, this could be a good year for coach jkyle5.
Try to keep the score under 70 my brotha. Put in the backups and pound the rock as soon as it gets out of hand.
Ya JKyle you're venturing into snoopy territory 2 games straight
I did put in the backups... I will definately try my best to keep CPU games under 70 though... probably threw a few times more than necessary... sorry...understood.
Idaho overcomes some blatant cpu cheating (caught on camera) to care of business in Blacksburg, knocking off #13 Virginia Tech 38-30. Couple of sweet highlights to come.
72+ hours on a CPU week? We gonna play this last season out or just take a month off before 12. I'm fine either way to be honest.
It hasn't been 72+ hours yet.
71+. My mistake.
My MLB is a freshman. Wish I had some more time to see this kid blossom. Here he times his blitz perfectly and happens to shoot through an opening gap for what will probably end up being the coolest play of the season for me. Suck it Virginia Tech.
Not to be outdone, we see some CPU shenanigans. This picks up 9 yards on 4th and down. Cheesier than Nik even.
I taught the CPU that play.
Impossible. He didn't run it 20 times.
I can't help that they don't take to my instructions well.
