    Week 2 Browns(42)-Broncos(45)OT

easily a candidate for game of the week if not the year, it was a hard fought first half with the Browns clinging to a 14-10 lead but could have easily been the other way around. each team made their halftime adjustments and the gloves were off, with multiple touchdowns each, the browns finally got a little breathing room after a quick score from the Fb from the 1, putting the browns ahead 35-24 early in the fourth. but the Broncos answered right back with a quick strike in one play to gaffney and 2 pt conversion to close the gap to 35-32. the browns, who was trying to sustain a drive and run some clock at the same time, threw a costly pick to give the ball back to denver with a little over 2 minutes to play, after little resistance from the browns d, the broncos punched it in with a controversal qb sneak td to take the lead 39-35, ripping out the hearts of the browns, but there's still just under a minute and a half on the clock. Brady Quinn gathered the troops and looked them in the eyes and said "lets not win this one for the fans, lets do it for ourselves" and behind their young but fearless leader, who is now 2nd in passing, brings the browns down the field with slick playcalling that would makeBill Walsh blush, and without a timeout, drove them into the endzone with just 22 seconds remaining. the browns were in the drivers seat and looked to have it wrapped up 42-39, when the laces were in on the kickoff and Dawson choked on the kick and added on a facemask 15 yarder to put the broncos in a great position at the browns 45 yd line with 20 seconds to go, also with an important 3 timeouts gets a chance at 51 yard fieldgoal, prater has got ice in his viens and sticks it and sends the game into overtime. Broncos win the toss and recieve, one of the few times in a while, we finally see the punter, the browns get the ball to try to finally put away the pesky broncos, but became a little pass-happy asQuinn throws a back-breaking int. at thier own 30 yd line,to seal any hopes of a browns win. without hesitation, the broncos kicked the GWfg. to those who missed the game, it will re-air sat. as an instant classic. the broncos, who are two and 0 to start the year seem to be contenders who refuse to lose, but take nothing away from the yung dawgs, they will have thier time soon, altough Quinn put up devastating numbers as far as the stats are concerned, proves that he is ready for the NFL, but also proves that he is still young and needs alittle seasoning. because difference between ordinary and extraordinary, is jus that little extra. hahaha this is browns-biast column CLEVELAND POST REPORTS/
