Seattle Seahawks (1-0) vs. San Francisco 49ers (1-0) What better game to do this week than arguably two of the most talented teams in the NFC and Super Bowl contenders in the Seahawks and 49ers. Coming off Week 1 wins, it sets up an early season big game for both teams as neither team wants to fall behind the other in terms of the division race. 49ers Coach Brown had only 7 pass attempts with Colin Kapernick last week but rushed for over 100 yards with Frank Gore and Kapernick rushed for 71 yards on 3 carries. Kapernick can be deadly with his feet as well as his arms and the 49ers will look to exploit his strengths this week. San Francisco has one of the best defenses in football lead by all-world middle linebacker Patrick Willis and pass rushing outside linebacker Aldon Smith. Jim Harbaugh instilled a lot into this year and with the addition of Anquan Boldin just adds more weapons to a team full of them. There is one simple question for the 49ers.......... Seahawks Coming off a week one thriller in Carolina the Seahawks come home for there home opener against the reigning division and NFC Champions. Coach Carroll will look to do what the Seahawks do best, ball control football with a good mix of the run and pass and play good field position football. Russell Wilson last week threw for 239 yards and 2 TDs, and Marshawn Lynch ran for 94 yards in the last second win at Carolina. This week the Seahawks look to have a good balanced attack and do there best to contain Colin Kapernick and the high powered 49ers offense. Seahawks will be looking for some support from the 12th man, when that 12th man flag gets raised there is no doubt the Hawks fans are the loudest fans in football in any outdoor stadium and arguably in football. Prediction I'm gonna leave this one up to you the fans as to who is gonna win this game, vote on the poll and the results will show just where the fans think this game goes.
