    Week 2 Scores?

Figured I'd get it started since shaun has dropped the ball so far. ;)

    Stanford - 51
    Akron - 7

The Stanford defense came out determined and never let up. 3 defensive scores, including 2 INTs returned for TDs and an intercepted option pitch taken to the house as well. Their loan TD came off of a huge 90 yard bomb in the first quarter when they caught the Stanford D playing Cover 2 with the safety shaded up and failing to get over in time to make the play on the streaking WR Curtis Brown.

The Stanford defense racked up 10 sacks, and was constantly in Akron QB Jared Wackerly's face.

Not only did the Stanford defense have their way with Akron, but their offense was just as dominate. Racking up 450 yards, including 175 yards rushing between their two RBs.

In the end, Akron never had a chance.

They were tough, but I beat them on the Smurf Turf.
