Turnovers would prove to be costly for Cleveland in a rainy game in Pittsburgh. Cleveland would lose three fumbles but they probably fumbled six times total. Cleveland would start off the game with a nice TD drive capped off by a 1 yard run by Harrison. Aaron Smith would return a fumble 35 yards to tie the game at 7. A 1 yard Peyton Hillis run and 2 Jeff Reed field goals were the only other scores in the first half, the Browns would go into halftime with a 14-13 lead. The third quarter is where the Steelers took control of the game. Crabtree caught a TD pass on a short slant and Heath Miller caught a 61 yard TD pass in the third. Mendenhall scored 2 TDs in the 4th and the fullback ran one in for Pittsburgh. Robiskie added a TD for Cleveland in the fourth for a final score of 48-21.

    Player Stats:

    Pitt: Roethlisberger 14-30 216 yards 2 tds 1 interceptions

    Cle:McCoy 14-28 197 yards 1 td and 0 interceptions

Pitt: Mendenhall 23 rushes for 148 yards 2 TDs
Cle: Harrison 21 rushes for 69 yards 1 TD

Pitt: Miller 4 receptions 133 yards 1 TD
Cle: Tate 4 receptions 40 yards

GG Greeeeeeeeg, the fumbles killed you.

Good writeup Jethro - sounds like a tight game until the Steelers pulled ahead in the second half. Tough to play in that rainy weather...
