    Week 3: Chicago(13) - Seattle(17)

Battle of winless teams this week in Seattle, meaning someone would be eating that donut off the win column. It was a hard fought defensive battle as the score going into halftime was 10-3. Matt Hasselbeck had a costly turnover in the endzone costing the seahawks a chance to potentially tie the game up or kick a field goal near the end of the half.

The Seahawks rallied though as they came out in the second half pounding the rock almost every play for an entire drive resulting in a 28 yard run by Justin Griffith as he bowled over two bears players. With the game knotted up in the fourth quarter the seahawks had a chance to take the lead, but on one of hasselbeck's few attempts in the second half he threw another int in the endzone. The Bears took advantage and took that turnover and turned it into a field goal with 2:30 to go in the fourth quarter.

It wasn't over though as Edgerrin James carried the Seahawks down the field and to the four yard line. On third and four Edge barely stretched the ball over the goal line... or did he? The referees hold their discussion in the endzone and call it a TD!. This all but sealed the first victory for the Seahawks this season as the Edge still shows that he still has some gas left in the tank.

    Offensive MVP of the game:
Edgerrin James: 25 Attempts- 139 Yards- 1 TD
Could this be the resurrection of Edge's career?

    Defensive MVP of the game:
Trent Cole: 5 Tackles- 4 Sacks

    GG Bears
