Big SEC West Showdown early in the season. Arkansas is coming off a beat down of the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens. They get to head home to Fayetteville to square off against the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Tide are coming off a win, although it was against Texas State. Early control of the SEC West is at stake in this week 3 game.

Not a lot is known about what Arkansas will be running since coach whygodwhy1111 hasn't posted his playbook. But we do know that coach WGW is a force to be reckoned with. QB Tyler Wilson is off to rather pedistrian start to the season, completing just 52% of his passes along with 2 TD's and 3 INT's. HB Knile Davis has had little success as well, rushing for just 92 yards on 26 carries. However, the defense looks ready for this one. So far the Razorback defense has allowed just 9 points in 2 games this season. Will the defense be able to contain Alabama?

Oh Alabama...where to begin. Week 1 they got throttled by Michigan in the Big House, 45-17. They bounced back week 2 but it was against lowly Texas State. To make things worse, the vaunted Tide defense has given up 75 points in 2 games this season. A far cry from their Arkansas counterpart. What we do know about coach gowazzucougs Alabama team is they can move the ball. AJ McCarron is a proven QB but has turned the ball over 5 times this young season, forcing a switch early in last week's game against Texas State. HB Ed Lacy is picking up the slack though, leading the SEC in rushing thus far. For the Tide to compete in this game, look for Lacy to have a big part in that.

This guys prediction? We'll I went against my better judgement and took the underdog (yes I said underdog) Crimson Tide in this one. Bama wins this one with a late field goal.

    Alabama - 34
    Arkansas - 31

    Roll Tide

What you need to add is if back up QB Phillip Ely comes into the game, or starts, the Bama offense will have an entirely new look.

No it doesn't. My offense can be an option spread attack, while being an air raid offense.
