    Miss St - 10
    Auburn - 45

The Auburn defense was on fire today, holding the Bulldogs to only 224 yards of total offense and a miniscule 48 yards on the ground.

It was a hotly contested first half, with the Bulldogs just pulling to within four points with five minutes to go in the half, but two touchdowns by Auburn in the last 1:13 would take the wind out of the sails of upset minded Mississippi State.

The second half was dominated by Auburn, outscoring the Bulldogs 14-0 and holding the offense to only three first downs.

Kiehl Frazier received the game ball, passing for over 200 yards and rushing for almost 100

The Seminoles let Arizona State got off to leads of 9-0 and 16-7 before getting it together. After an early interception FSU QB Jacob Coker settled down finding WR Christian Green for a pair of long touchdown passes just before halftime. Coker finished the game going 14/28 for 361 yards with 2 TD. RB Devonta Freeman added 116 yards rushing and a touchdown.

Yep not too much of a drop off between Trickett and Coker.

    #6 TCU 62 - FCS MW 14

As you'd expect... starters were benched in the 4th when things got out of hand. 3 kicks returned the distance made the score bigger than it probably should have been.

    Trevone Boykin: 13 for 15; 265 yards; 4 TDs
Ethan Grant: 17 attempts; 124 yards; 2 TDs

    Miami 49
    Kansas 47 (3OT)

Miami had the lead most of the game, but Kansas stayed in it with a steady passing attack led by Mike Cummings. The difference in the game was 2-point conversions. Kansas was 0-2 in the 4th quarter and 0-1 in OT. Kansas was able to score twice in the 4th quarter with the FB and took a 4 point lead with 4:14 left. Of course, Miami drove the field to take a 3-point lead where Kansas was able to tie it as time expired. Both teams got FG’s in OT 1, and TD’s in OT 2. But Kansas lost because they couldn’t stop Miami’s 2-point conversion to end the game. Bulldog all games are done.

    Kansas Stats
Mike Cummings (QB)- 28-43 for 323 yards, 3 TD, 14 carries for 36 yards
Anthony Pierson (HB)- 11 carries for 72 yards, TD
Darrian Miller (HB)- 6 carries for 34 yards
Ed Fink (FB)- 1-yard TD run, 5-yard TD reception
Dexter McDonald (WR)- 8 receptions for 79 yards, 2 TD
Jacorey Sheppard (WR)- 7 receptions for 101 yards
Keeston Terry (FS)- 11 tackles, INT

    Miami Stats
Ryan Miller (QB)- 17-22 for 266 yards, 2 TD, INT
Eduardo Clements (HB)- 21 carries for 127 yards, 2 TD, 5 receptions for 55 yards, TD
Jason Wheeler (WR)- 5 receptions for 109 yards
Clive Walford (TE)- 5 receptions for 83 yards, TD
Jalen Grimble (DT)- 10 tackles, 5 TFL, 3 sacks

Good. Lots of broken tackles for the cpu. Passing seemed easier than running but that might be just me

Dawgs destroy rival South Carolina in SEC Opener!

In week 3 the Bulldogs dominated rival South Carolina 34 to 6. This was Georgia's SEC Opener and they showed everyone why they are an elite SEC team. Isaiah Crowell once again was named player of the game rushing for 152 yards on 25 carries and scoring 2 touchdowns. Christian Lemay had a pretty good game throwing for 203 yards while completing 13 of 21 attempts and scoring 2 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball LOLB Brandon Lewis recorded 7 tackles and 1 sack. Next week the Dawgs are on a BYE and then take on Texas A&M in Texas.
