    Everyone is 2-0!

Only game this week will feature MurkYa21 vs Michigan. Can WSU TRIPLE their win total from last season? Stay tuned.

We'll give everyone till midnight to recruit. Injuries, Power Rankings, and Heisman Standings need to be done. Pick'EM thread should be setup for the big showdown of Washington v Oregon State too. Murk will obviously be the only summary this week.

    Washington State 28
    Michigan 41

A better game plan and Washington State could've came away with a win, don't expect them to anymore up to week 9 game at Arizona.

The Cougars were able to get on the board first with a 62 yard TD run by redshirt Junior Jeff Cutler. They were able to buckle down on Michigan in the redzone and forced them to go 2-4 with FGs early on. However, poor play by Todd and lapses on special teams cost them the victory.

A Tim Todd fumble was picked up and returned for 22 yard TD to give Michigan a 10-7 lead, and three interceptions thrown had Washington State battling back the rest of the game.

What really killed Washington State was 92 yard kick off return by Michigan, and following right after a fumbled by Washington State on their kick return.

Todd finished 13 of 24 for 293 yards, 3 TDs and 3 INTs adding the fumble as mentioned above.

The Cougars are on a BYE week in week 4, and then face @ Stanford, @ Arizona State, and Oregon at home before going on a 6 game user vs user stretch.

Tough break, it's always so damn hard to win a game win the CPU gets a lame touchdown on a KR or turnover. Giving up two in Ann Arbor is a lot of momentum for even the best teams to overcome.

Cougars head into the bye week 2-1 and have to be at least content. Three CPU games are all winnable, but obviously the talent gap could pose some problems momentum changers occur. I think if you play turnover free football, you're easily 5-1 at the season's halfway mark.
