The Titans kept rolling in week thanks to the fleet feet of Chris Johnson. Adding another 187 yards and 2 TD's on 24 carries, CJ led a late game comeback victory over the New York Football Giants 40-34.

The running game tallied 268 total yards for the Titans compared to only 14 for the Giants. Chuck Cecil gameplanned well to bottle up Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs.

Vince Young finally showed up, 16 of 24 for 243 yards and 3 TD's. 2 TD's went to Randy Moss, but VY's favorite target was clearly 2 year WR from Rutgers, Kenny Britt. Britt hauled in 6 balls for 108 yards on the day.

Cowboys traveled a short distance to face a very tough Texas team. Texas marched down the field for the game's first score (RB D. Ward). Cowboys would do the same but, Romo passed to Rookie Dez Bryant to tie the game at 7-7. LB A. Spencer picked off a pass to run down the field to give Dallas the lead 14-7. Cowboy's lead at the half, 21-17. In the thrid quarter, Cowboys add another TD this time Romo connected with, K. Ogletree. End of the thrid quarter Cowboy' s lead, 28-17.

Fourth quarter Cowboys were marchin to try and put the game out of reach but, Texas' defense allowed only a FG to make it, 31-17. Texas added a TD to close the gap to one score 31-24. With only few minutes left all we needed to do was just get one first down and run the clock down. Texas defense did its job and forced Cowboys to punt. With only 38 sec left in the game 3rd and l0 Schaub found a post pattern that was ran for the tieing TD!!!

Cowboys have only 38 sec's and 3 TO to try and move into FG range. One pass deep in the middle Romo connects with J.Witten. Next pass was to Roy W. and he ran inside the Texas's 10yd line and next play F.Jones ran it in for the go ahead TD!!! and the win 38-31.

What a game it was !!! man Texas is a tough ass team.

Ravens would take on the Browns and get their 1st win of the season. The game at the beginning to be a shoot out as both teams scored on their opening possesion. After that thou the ravens defense played the way its capable of and didnt let the browns in the endzone the rest of the game. Wr Boldin had his best game of the season going for over 140 yds receiving. QB Flacco played a solid game but his qb rating was drug down as a brown's cb made an unbeliveable over the head 1 hand grab for the int. and 1 point in the game the ravens defense would sack browns qb on 3 str8 drop backs. Coach stealth would love to see this defense for the rest of the season.

This was the Matchup of the #1 and 2 defenses, and it did not disappoint.Chiefs were the first team on the board with a dink and dunk pass to moeki that went for a score.Chiefs would add a Fg later to go up 10-0.With a Troy smith fumble in the red zone in the late parts of the second Quarter the Chiefs started out in pretty bad field position and had to punt from inside there 20,Ted "all i do is return kicks" Ginn returned a Bad punt for a Td...it was bad cuz i shouldve kicked it out of play...Troy Smith would later tag on a Td through the Air in the 3rd qtr(49ers up 14-10).That score would later be answered by Jamaal Charles who took a Pitch and catch 50+ yards for a score and the chiefs would not look back after that!chiefs later tagged on a FG to go up 20-14.After the FG.Troy Smith would get the ball back on the kick off to write his own legend by attempting to win the game with the clock under 2mins in the 4th. He did good at first hitting a few passes here and there and scrambling away from the pressure BUT,The chiefs MVP of there defense so far Tamba hali intercepted an Inaccurate pass to i believe crabtree( i may be wrong) which sealed the game for the chiefs.

The good: we came out with a win,and our defense played up to its potential.
The Bad: we couldnt get the run game fully going and we lost MCcluster for about 2-3weeks, we do go into the bye week 3-0 and we get two weeks to prepare for Manning.

All in all I didnt think we could win without the running game getting going, and the team pulled together.Good game K10 and good luck the rest of the way.

The chargers won their first game of the season.

Under a heavy rain and strong winds neither team was able to get a flow on offense. It was an even match until the 4th quarter when the San Diego defense woke up and scored on two consecutive turnovers. Under heavy pressure from their 7 yard line, Hasselbeck was hit a lose the ball, which was recovered by Siler and returned 1 yard to put the chargers 4 points ahead. On the ensuing drive Phillips got a pick while covering the TE and returned 62 yards to paydirt.
After another Chargers TD, Seattle mount a nice drive and Obomanu caught a 24 yard pass to put the Seahawks within a score and a 2 pt conversion, but the chargers took good care of the ball till the end of the game.
