This game looked like it was going to be a close one, with the Panthers actually leading at halftime. It ended up being completely the opposite though, as the Bears scored 38 unanswered points, outscoring the Panthers 31-0 in the second half.

The Bears got the scoring started in the 1st with a 25 yd FG. The Panthers would answer though with a 49 yd screen pass to from Joe Flacco to Mike Goodson. He broke a tackle in the backfield then took it the distance. After a scoring drought for both teams, Flacco hooked up with TE Greg Olsen for his 2nd TD pass of the day. Those would be the last points scored by Carolina.

With 5 seconds left in the 1st half, Jay Cutler found TE Kellen Davis for a 5 yd TD and that would give the Bears all the momentum they needed. With 1:32 left in the 3rd quarter, the Bears finally saw their first lead of the game, after a 6 yd TD run by Matt Forte to make it 17-14 Bears.

The Bears kicked off, and then on the first play of their drive Flacco was picked off by Brian Urlacher, who took it 30 yards to the house. The Bears would force the Panthers to punt, and then Matt Forte showed his big play ability with a 60 yard TD run right up the gut of the Carolina defense.

In the 4th, Kelvin Hayden picked off Flacco for a 64 yd TD, and Robbie Gould added one more FG to give you your final score, 41-14 Bears. GG Pepper.
