Vikings halt Chiefs at Arrowhead In a wet and soggy afternoon at Arrowhead stadium the Vikings and Chiefs did battle. The start of the game was sloppy as the conditions as both teams could'nt score in the first quarter each team ended up punting a few times. The second quarter started with Matt Cassell who fininshed (13 for 39 4ints 201yds) putting a drive together and ending it with a Ryan Succop 47yd field goal. The fourth quarter Adrian Peterson ran for another score from 3 yds out as vikings ran out the clock for the win. The Vikings will Host the Cardinals next week as the Chiefs will travel too Indy to meet the Colts.
