This is an important week for the Huskies. We have all our recruits coming to the Arizona State game.

During the recruiting week we insta-signed a guy in our top 4, FS Cody Rutledge. Rutledge has good (not great) physical skills and good ratings. i think a move to CB is forthcoming because his zone coverage rating is awful. We play at least 60% man and I feel we can hide him better at CB when we play zone. He is a guy that will have to RS at either position, but we need corners so bad, he might not have the chance. Story of my life.

ASU game - Finally got an easy cpu win. I think this is my first since the Wash. State game last season. It will help with the visits. We like the way this class is going, but aren't counting our chicks till they hatch.

I should note, in the ASU game Wes Baker had his 4th and 5th INT of the season. I think of all the defensive players I have had so far he has been my best, I mean he is not unbeatable by any means but he always makes you pay if you keep going to the well, love that kid (he won the Cal game for me last year). That's 18 INT for his career, we will miss him.

UCLA pummles Oregon 66-10. No injuries and Banks should be back next week for our home game vs WSU. (Our only decent visit game)

Nothing to report on the recruiting trail....

Yeah he was really, really bad. You're right he was missing by 15 yards at times, it was surprising.

Good luck to those in the Big 10 facing that monster squad.

Only thing is they didn't do work with their WR's...my guy McDuffie shut down Mr Mad Max on the one side...the other didn't do much.

They have a beastly RB who broke tackles and is shifty.

Their defense is sick too BTW, don't dare run to the outside because they have speed EVERYWHERE. Luckily I made some key throws to seal the win.
